Personal Information & Communication Preferences

When you sign up to become a Loop Circle member, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, age and credentials. You may also provide identifiable information in the course of using the platform. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.” We do not collect any personal information from you when you use the platform unless you provide such information voluntarily. Membership in Loop Circle is restricted solely to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

By creating a Loop Circle account, you agree to receive reward program communications at the email address provided. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of Loop Circle e-mails. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to your account. Unless you choose to delete your account entirely, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account. Please be advised that opting out of Loop Circle emails will also result in opting out of receiving notifications regarding referral milestones, rewards, and level-up emails, which are integral to your membership experience. Within the users settings of the Loop Circle platform you will always have the possibility to delete your Loop Circle account.

This site runs on the Duel platform under the Duel terms of service and privacy policy
